Both smudges are pretty good, but do lose some detail but that is just being picky. I believe the first one's is a better distributed/balanced (and just overall seems more planned and thought out) as were the second one the left side seems a little too smudged. The first one I'd rate 9/10 and the second one 7/10. Just keep practicing, good work :3

Both are too lightly smudged and the back is glowing more than siggy otherwise pretty good
