I came second in the fishing contest and I didn't receive my prize I checked my events from this morning and I haven't got any events from that and it says I came second

I think there was no events if u win the fishing contest, and you may not notice that u won and u spend the coins.

as jack said you wont recive any event for winning fishing contest,you have to check it every day ,i would say that if you have wont 2nd prize please post the screenshot as proof

yea this happened to me as well i didn't get a notice or anything i just noticed that i was given the 250 coins for finishing 3 place. it would be nice to know if i won so i don't go and accidentally go and spend it.

It's not like the coins from there are special or need to be returned; if you win, the coins are yours.
Spending them is not a problem. You won them and they now belong to you. Do whatever you want to do with them, regardless or whether or not you were given an event.

I am quite certain that you have received the coins (which are added to the total amount of coins you had before) but didn't receive any notification that you won hence assuming that you have not received the coins :)

i was the day before yesterday's 2nd price winner in fishing contest and i received the coins and money but got no event so don't worry and as you might not have noticed what you have won.

Yeah they don't send you anything to warn you but it would be much better if they did.
