Help me reduce smoking!
It's been a month and I'm getting addicted to smoke cigarettes everyday! I can't get rid of it. I know, it affects on health but i can't get rid of this smoking.
Give me some tips to help reduce of this habit please!

It's hard to get rid of a thing once you get addicted to it.
You can just try minimizing it at first depends how many cigarettes everyday. Well just minimize smoking until(maybe) you can get rid of that habit. |

Maybe You can try eating chewygum everytime when you wanna to smoke? so that ur mouth will be occupaine and u wouldnt feel like smoking.

Well, you did the first thing and that is admit that you're addicted to it and you need to stop. But don't tell people over a game, tell it to someone in real life.
That leads to my second point, find a rehab, talk to a counselor, and get to work. Good luck. :P |

Well just engage yourself in some work and like jack said keep your mouth occupied that'll help or probably go to a rehab xD

Be busy everytime.. If you get free than eat chewgums so you dont get time to smoke! This idea has helped most :)

I'd say if your already addicted to it like darkdark2203 said first try minimizing like just smoke after meals and like jack73355 if you still crave them just chew some chewing-gums, it can help...... lastly keep thinking on how it will affect your wallet ^_^

i was going to tell you to use chewing gum maybe but if its working already then congrats bro :) keep on the non smoking thing

Maybe you can try a rubber band and a straw. When you feel like you want to, pull back the rubber band and let it go on you (It might hurt a bit, but it could help you break your addiction). If that doesn't work, use the straw in place of a cigarette. Hope I helped.
