I was a sprite maker before.
I am so into Signage these days that I forgot how to make sprites.
So now I'll try fixing sprites that you think looks bad.

some parts are been darken and the lightning effect is not with glow

I really like this fixed sprite. The lightning looks like it's actually flowing through the pokemon. 10/10

Wow you fixed the ShadowLatios pretty good. Love your version of it 9/10. Maybe you could fix the ShadowMewtwo sprite since it doesn't look that good atm.

Did Palkia and Mewtwo. Maybe didn't turn out much better.

palkia turned out very well than the other 2..
other 2 are worser than before xD...srry boss i have to critique hard LOL..
but u touched my mewtwo and spoiled it...u deserves it..

the fixed palkia looks better than the other 2 the other 2 are a little darker but good job :)

The Palkia you added looks great, as does the Mewtwo. The Mewtwo, however, needs it's darkest spots lightened just a bit. 10/10 for Palkia and 9/10 for Mewtwo.
