The idea of a pokemon being burned, frozen and so on is quite a good one and can be implemented. But, if the sole reason for this is to just reduce the circulation of coins then there wouldn't be much of a difference really. I know I wouldn't be buying the items :)

Im sure burn,freeze and heal would be added in the game later on..the game is going pretty smooth without them as well
