I never used an iPad so won't say anything about it but if I was given a choice between iPod or iPhone I would chose iPhone because it has a larger range of features and functions compared to an iPod.

Honestly, ipod touch, cause it's almost the same as an iphone just cheaper, and actually mobile so it's easier then an ipad, And you also get free texting on an ipod :P
