Q1. I dont know more about Old House but it is used in Halloween Event to get Pokemon.

Q2. You got banned since you may have done spamming. Your banned will be removed after the time you got.
Q3. Hm.. There are gyms and NPC Fight to train. Just battle.
Q4. Pokemon X and Y are new pokemon created..

In Chirstmas.. There were all date wise. Every day we opened calendar and got coins or shiny Pokemon similar to Lucky Dip :)
And last date all got Blue or Pink Santa Hat from it!
