Your entire team doesn't HAVE to be not affected by sandstorm.

I suggest replacing Cradily with...

Mamoswine @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Substitute
- Icicle Spear

Tyranitar is extremely weak to fighting type moves. So, if you want to make Tyranitar like attack-like with a set, I suggest...

Tyranitar @ Focus Sash
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

--> From this, your Tyranitar will get the Sandstorm starting, and if they have a terrible poke that can't one hit KO it, or OHKO it, you can still put Stealth Rock and scare your opponent that way.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 236 SDef / 20 Spd
Careful Nature
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Wish
- U-turn

--> Beautiful way to get your opponents pissed off with iron head and make them flinch. What a tank. Switch to Jirachi when your poke's health is low, use wish, then u-turn on the next move to switch to your poke, and voila, it's healed.

Hope this helped :)

You also might want to switch Skarmory for another poke.

Updated a bit. I prefer Cradily over Mamo. I'll be facing 6 out of the list: infernape, crobat, staraptor, togekiss, luxray, Gengar, Garchomp, Machamp, Roselia, Lucario plus a few that i may not remember
