"Yes, I'm ready!" Gem called, putting the last finishing touches on her dress and rushing downstairs.

"Finn showed up already!" Gem's mom told. Finn blushed a little, holding out a box of chocolates.

"Wooow, thank you!" Gem said, giving him a hug. She then took the chocolates (they aren't spice!!!) and put them aside. "See you!" Gem said, waving to her mom and sticking her tongue out at Dragonair.

"Hey, Gem. Can I tell you something?" Finn asked, blushing.
"Sure, go ahead." Gem replied.
"I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I I th-think I'm in love with you!" he said, turning red as a tomato.

Gem grinned. "Well, you're in luck, 'cause I think I am too!" She said and then laughed, "Race ya there!"

When to couple got to the school, Finn poked Gem on the shoulder.
"Go behind the bleachers for a minute." he asked.
"okay?" Gem asked, but did what Finn said. When they were there, Finn gave her a little kiss.

Gem smiled and returned the kiss. "C'mon, we'll be late for the dance." Gem said, and the two walked close together to the Gymnasium where the dance was being held.

Finn smiled as they approached the gym and went inside.

(I this couple! I just watched an episode of something where someone got married, so it fit right in! XD)
Inside, it was very busy. Gem looked around and spotted Shimi in her Celebi dress and Bubbles in a pink tux at the snack bar.

(I miss Fang. Want to do Dino for a bit?)
"Look who finally showed up?" bubbles laughed.
"Slowpoke!! Slowpoke!" Shimi poked fun.
