After their defeat Team Flare scattered and went back to their normal lives. Then after visiting the Orre Region a member of Team Flare returned and started recruiting again for Team Flare. After getting more members for his new plan he began on his mission: XD002. To make sure defeat doesn't happen again he produced armies of Shadow Pokemon. After getting word of this a a man started recruiting heroes to stop Team Flare.

5. Pokemon can only be caught from trainer's defeated pokemon. (Team Flare can catch defeated trainer's pokemon. The heroes can catch defeated shadow pokemon.

Team Flare members wanted nothing to do with world domination after they were defeated, they thought the world was impure and ugly and wanted to change it, they never wanted to do anything evil afterwards. It might have worked if it was Team Rocket though.

It was a different person who started it. He just took Team Flare's name.

Your argument has a flaw, you said in the plot that an "Former Team Flare Member" went about recruiting, In the GAMES the team flare grunts said they never wanted to do anything bad ever again.

Not everyone agreed with Lysandre and also why are you making such a big deal out of this?

It may come off as a shocker, but this roleplay makes me think that Team Flare and Cipher are like...Team Rocket's twins! and even then, only Cipher had the ability to make Shadow pokemon!

So what do you suggest that I do?

Mmmmmmmm.... Why not make it Cipher, because a Cipher admin did want to keep Cipher going

I was going to do Cipher, but I already did an RP as Cipher the main villain and with Shadow Pokemon.

Well yeah, but not with Shadow Pokemon and they RP never really took off while my other Team Cipher one was 14 pages long.

What is their Motive?

Team Cipher's Motive: Ardos wanted to bring back up Shadow Pokemon to get his revenge on his brother.
Team Flare Member's Motive: He was unhappy with Lysandre's decision and wanted to bring back up Team Flare.

No... Where did you here that he died? He just shut down Team Flare which got the Admins really mad and he just left. Much like N in Black/White.
