I think you have to copy and paste or there should be a part in the clan where it says insert image here or something like that

Use image tags: [ img ] link [ /img ] (delete the spaces between the [ and img)

Along with what abcywe said, you with also have to make sure the image is in a .png extension instead of a .jpeg, it's a wireframe problem I have encountered before so just a heads up if that happens.
