Hi! I'm Shimmerstar1161 and this is my Pokemon fanfic! It was inspired by GiratinaGirl22's Shiny Magnet and Lugia2000/BlueLink's fanfic (sorry, I forgot the name!!!). Please enjoy!

I streatched my arms as I awoke. I quickly brushed my teeth and hair, got dressed and ate breakfast.
"See ya mom!" I called. Before I could close the door though, my mother called,
"Wait! Take this." She handed me a Halo Caster (from Pokemon X/Y).
"Thank you! Bye!" I called, and walked outside. I was very excited. Today was a very important day. I walked up the steps to the lab and I walked in.
"Hello? Professor Redwood?" I called, and saw him at the back of the lab.
"Why, hello there. You're just in time. Here's the last Pokemon I have, a shiny Axew."
I took the poke all and walked outside. At the last step, I examined it. This is it. The start of my Pokemon journey.

Sorry for the short chapter! Please review on the review/request page and give me idea's for my Axew's name! I will try to post again later!

K! I'm back with a new and long (hopefully) chappie! Oh, and I'll be listing my current group at the start of each chapter. =)

My current group----
Pokemon: Ryuu (shiny Axew)
Friends+their Pokemon: None... YET!

I walked out of my town for the first time ever. I was about to walk into some tall grass when a girl with short, shoulder length brown hair with a black and white headband and golden eyes called out,
"Hey!!! You there!!!"
I looked over and saw her sprinting over, and she stopped in front of me, hand outstretched.
"My name's Ria!" She said. (This is you Giratina!!!)
"I'm Melody." I said, shaking Ria's hand. "Wanna battle?" I ask.
"Yeah! Go, Blaze!" Ria called, and threw a pokeball. Out of the pokeball came a shiny Torchic.
'Torch, torch!' Blaze called.
"Go, Ryuu!" I called, sending out my shiny Axew.
"Blaze, use scratch!" Ria called. Blaze charged toward Ryuu and used it's talons to scratch Ryuu.
'Ax!' Ryuu cried.
"Ryuu, use scratch back!" I called. The battle ended up being a bunch of scratches, but Ryuu pulled through.
"Yes! Good job Ryuu!" I congratulated.
'Ax! Axew!' Ryuu panted.
"Nice," Ria complimented. We began walking to the Pokemon center, talking about our battle. As we entered, someone screamed,
"Help! Someone stole my pokemon!"
"Don't worry," A boy who looked like Link from Ocorina of Time said. "I'll help."

My Pokemon Group---
Pokemon: Ryuu
Friends+their Pokemon: Ria- Blaze (shiny Torchic)

"Let's go!" I said to Ria, and we followed the boy as he ran out.
"There he is!" The boy said. "Go!" He sent out a Ponyta.
"Use Flame Wheel!" He called.
'Pony!' The Ponyta cried, and used Flame Wheel on a man dressed in a wierd black costume, and the poke all he was holding fell to the ground.
"You wanna 'nother?!" The boy asked. The man stood up and shakily said,
"T-t-team D-d-darkness will be back!!!" He said, and ran away.
"Good job!" The boy said, patting his Ponyta.
"That was cool!" I said to him. "I'm Melody, and this is Ryuu."
'Xew!' Ryuu said happily.
"I'm Ria, and this is Blaze!"
'Chic!'
"I'm Link, and this is my pokemon." Link said. (sorry, I forgot their name!!!)
"C'mon, let's get this Pokemon to their trainer!" Ria said.
They walked back to the pokemon center and handed the pokeball to the trainer.
"Thank you!" The trainer said.

Good morning/afternoon/evening/night guys! I'm back with another chappie! =)

My Pokemon Group---
Pokemon: Ryuu
Friends: Ria- Blaze, Link- Epona (shiny Ponyta)

It didn't take much convincing to get Link to join Ria and I on our adventure. He said he as bored with his life right now, do he joined us.
"Want to come to my house?" Link asked.
"Sure!" Ria and I said together. The three of us walked out of the Pokemon Center and followed Link. He walked out of the town back the way I had come, and into Route 1. We followed, and stopped uncertainly at the edge of a forest he went into.
"Your house is in THERE?" I asked.
"Well, yes! Come on!" Link replied. Ria and I exchanged uncertain glances before following him. We walked deeper and deeper into the forest, and Link still continued on.
"Wait! I think I heard something!" I said, stopping. Link and Ria stopped to, and sure enough, there was the sound of crunching leaves. A shiny Eevee appeared from the undergrowth.
"Wow! A shiny Eevee! Go, Ryuu!" I said. Ryuu leaped off my shoulder and onto the ground in front of the Eevee. "Use scratch!" I ordered. Ryuu did as I said. The Eevee tumbled a bit, but got back up. It then ran up to Ryuu and used Tackle.
"Scratch again!" I ordered. Ryuu used scratch again, and the Eevee fell, but managed to get up and used Bite.
"Go, pokeball!" I said, tossing a pokeball. It shook once... Twice!... Three times! "Yes!" I said triumfently.
"Nice job!" Link congratulated me. "C'mon, let's go into my house." Ria looked around.
"Where is it?" She asked.
"Up there." Link answered and pointed up. I saw a large tree house. I grinned, and decided that Link was really cool.

Alright! I think that will be all today! Please review and request if you want to be in, and give me names for my shiny Eevee!

Hi there! As I am writing this, the ground and trees are COVERED with snow, and it's still snowing!!! =D Okay, okay, onto the chappie.

My Pokemon Group---
Pokemon: Ryuu, Gandalf (shiny Eevee)
Friends: Ria- Blaze, Link- Epona

Ria and I followed Link into his tree house. Turned out, the tree house was MUCH bigger than it looked.
"Wow!" Ria and I gasped.
"I'll make some tea and crumpets, why don't you go train your Pokemon while I do that?" Link suggested.
Ria and I nodded and went down the ladder. Almost as soon as we came down, a shiny Ralts appeared.
"Go-" I began, but Ria stopped me.
"I've got this." She said. "Go, Blaze!"
'Tor! Torch!' Blaze cried.
"Use Scratch!" Ria ordered. Blaze did as he was told. The Ralts backed away, but used Confusion.
"Go, pokeball!" Ria called. The pokeball clicked once... Twice!... Thrice! It was caught!
"Yes!!! I'll name you..." Ria thought, looking at the pokeball. "Ryuki!" She announced.
"Congrats!" I said. I wandered about the forest, and came to a pidgey.
"Go, Ryuu!" Ryuu defeateded it quickly, and a blue glow appeared around him, but then dissapeared. "Good job, you leveled up!" I said. I continued to train him until he became level 7, and learned Assurance.
Ria and I returned to the tree house, where Link had just finished making tea and crumpets.
"Thanks!" Ria and I said, and began eating.
"After this, I challenge you to a battle!" Ria announced, pointing to me. I grinned.
"It's on!" I said.

You likkie? I didn't get to send out Gandalf at all, sadly. D= Oh well. I'll probably do another chapter later today, so see you all later!

Okay, I'm back! Let's dive right into the chapter!

Pokemon Group---
Pokemon: Ryuu, Gandalf
Friends: Ria- Blaze, Ryuki
Link- Epona

Ria, Link and I went outside Ria and my battle.
"Here we go!" Ria said. "Go, Ryuki!"
'Ral! {All right!}' Ryuki said.
"In that case... Go, Gandalf!" I called.
'Eevee! Eevee! Eeeeevee! {I'm ready! I'm ready! Iiiiiiiii'm ready!}' Gandalf said.
"Use Confusion!" Ria said.
'Ralt!'
The Confusion hit Gandalf and made him tumble backwards.
"Bite!" I ordered, knowing it's super effective.
'Eeeevee!'
Ryuki fell down, but slowly got up. Ria ordered Ryuki to do Confusion again, and Gandalf didn't tumble this time. He used Bite one last time, making Ryuki faint, and he leveled up to level 6.
"Blaze!" Ria called.
'Torch! {Let's do it!}' Blaze cried.
"Ember!" Ria ordered. It must've been a critical hit, because Gandalf fainted.
"Ryuu!"
'Xew! {Okay!}' Ryuu said.
Blaze and Ryuu alternated attacks. Ryuu took 2 Embers and it took 3 Assurance's to make Blaze faint.
"Great job." Ria congratulated me. We saw Link walking towards us.
"You wern't watching?!" I asked angrily.
"Sorry. I caught this awesome Hoothoot though!" He said. I rolled my eyes.

Pokémon Group---
Pokémon: Ryuu, Gandalf
Friends: Ria- Blaze, Ryuki Link- Epona, Gaborea (Hoothoot)

"Hoot! Hoothoothoothoot hoot- (And then, and then! There was a HUGE Mightyena! I didn't know if I could survive, but naturally, I did and-)"
"Shut up, Gaborea." Link sighed.
"Hoooot, hoot hoot hoot! (Aww, you're no fun!)" Gaborea complained. Link returned him to his pokeball.
"So, where are we headed?" Ria asked as we reached the end of the forest and headed back to the town.
"The next town, of course! The one with the first gym badge!" I replied.
"It's Sparcldew city, right?" Link asked. I nodded.
"But there's a forest in the way of getting there, and it's like a maze!" Ria said, looking worried.
"I have a plan." I said, smirking. After a while we got to the little building that was before the forest.
"So, what's your plan?" Ria asked.
"Well, you're allowed to take Abra's into the forest, but they will only teleport to other trainers. I was thinking we'd split up, and whoever reaches the exit can communicate the others using the Halo Caster and then we can teleport to them." I explained. We each grabbed a pokeball that held an Abra inside.
"Alright, I'll go left." Link announced, and went that way.
"I'll go in the middle. See you at the exit!" Ria said, waving and then went to the middle. I went left.
Soon enough, I reached a fork in the path. I decided to go right. I continued to try and find my way to the exit, when I got a Halo Cast from Link.
"Melody! Bad news! I reached a dead end and fell through the ground! I lost my pokeball, I'll look for it... You continue, though!"
Almost immediately after that, I got a Halo Cast from Ria.
"Uh... Heh heh... I'm afraid I'm stuck in a hole and I'm trying to find the pokeball..." Ria said, nervously laughing. I face palmed.
"Hold on." I said, and put the Halo Caster away.
I wandered on a little bit, determined to find the exit. Here it was... The last fork in the road. I assumed that if I took the wrong way, I would end up in a hole like Link and Ria... Which way should I take?

Cliffy!!! Alright, please review and tell me which way Melody should go! Left... Or right?
