Lucky Dip, Random swap, Auction House and just good luck on the maps. I find shinies on the maps after wandering around for a while.

The best way is just to swap, that works fine for me.. Last time i did it i had like 5 shinies within a hour, and when i run on maps it takes 3hours sometimes just to find one, besides that i love to swap and gather as much Snorlax'es and Farfetch as i can haha!
