well 2013 is coming to an end and lot of awesome games released like gta5 and call of duty black ops2 and many more my favorites were dead space 3 nd far cry3 nd also loved diablo3!!!!what were ur favorites???

if you are asking me to include only the games released in 2013, i would say gta v.
but if you ask me the best game till 2013, i would say bioshock infinite. because i haven't played gta 5 yet but i played bioshock infinite and i think gta games have poor story. bioshock infinite had a great story.

The best game released in 2013: Pokemon X and Y. These games are really fun and pokemon. Makes it better when its pokemon.

Madden 25 was a good one.

GTA 5 definetly. I don't really mind the cussing in the game even if im young but the game is fun. My favorite thing to do in the game might have to be the heists. Sometimes I watch other people play it on youtube to see what they did in the game :3
