I was hiding in the bushes outside the waiting room window, peeking in, making sure I wasn't visible.

A doctor was preparing a shot.

"What's wrong with him?" A Houndoom, about 35 years old, asked the doctor.

"He was poisoned with cyanide." Said the doctor, "but he'll be ok."

I pressed my ear against the window. I wonder if they will thank me for attempting to help that Floatzel...

The doctor didn't notice Wish as he injected the shot into Johnathan. The Houndoom saw her and just stared.

I noticed the Houndoom staring at me and mouthed, 'Don't say anything'.

The Houndoom nodded.

"Just a couple days in recovery and he should be fine." The doctor said.

Jack was outside smoking a cigarette.

(How does a Mightyena smoke a cigarette...? 0_0)
"Thank Arceus." I murmured. I hated it when people were injured.

(*shrugs*)

A young Growlithe grabbed Wish's arm.

"Hey! Let go!" Wish yelled, struggling.

The Growlithe smashed Wish against the wall. It was Angus, Jeff's older brother.

Everything went black. I struggled to stay conscious, but... I... C... Ou... ld... N't...

Jack ran in and flipped Angus through the window. Angus jumped back out and stabbed Jack with a shard of glass.

Everything was black. I couldn't see anything... Smell anything... Hear anything... Taste anything... All I felt was a throbbing in my head...

Johnathan jumped up from his bed and cracked Angus's neck over the window. Jack picked up Wish and laid her down on the hospital bed.

It was the same for a long time, until I felt... conscious. I blinked open my eyes, and squinted as I saw there was a bright lamp above me. I groaned as the throbbing in my head felt even worse.
