Where can i get points and what are they used for?

u can get points in battle tents or through trading and betting,points are not much worth here some trainers will train ur poke for it and main thing is u need points to create a private forum thread for a clan

In my opinion, the fastest way to collect points is from the Battle Tent. You can also get points from The Scrambler and Unown Collector (both are located in the Games Corner).
