Sometimes I see anoy people who always said "mr a will you buy my caterpie?" and when mr a said no, he copy his text to other player "mr b will you buy my caterpie?"

I think Its very anoy in chat, he can post in forum if he wanna sell it, I hope creed bot can detect it to and give warning

And I hope creed bot can detect and auto give warning or banned to player who use like 3+ caps, double post, or anything what break rule
