Melody sits next to me in every class. Tonight I have to take that stupid dare initiation thing - The Puff of Death. I put my head on my left hand, idly scrawling away at what seems useless to me... I think I might've dozed off because Melody hit me in the head with a pencil.

I keep playing my part to "Blood on Her Skirt." Black Rose Garden was normally a rock band, but eventually we would experiment with heavy metal music. It sounded okay, but I don't think that it "fits." Besides, I'm not all that good at stuff like that. But sponsorships are sponsorships, right?

"♪BUT THICK AS YOU ARE, PAY ATTENTION, my words are a matter of pride...♪" I sang

"We gotta practice for that." Lucas said.

"No sh*t." Ray said, "It's Slipknot."

As I sang, Link played the role of the Hyenas with the song

"Should we do M.I.A?" Lucas asked.

"I don't know," Ray said, "A sad soldier song doesn't really fit with Slipknot."

I finished singing

"We could do that one and Critical Acclaim." Lucas said.

"Sounds like a plan." Ray said.

I walked away, I was bored again

"We should practice." Lucas said.
