That happened once with me too. I think its because the image didn't completely load, but if that was the case, you would have seen image on next page when you made the guess.
Hope this problem gets fixed soon!

Oh i hope this gets fixed too because i saw this couple days ago too but didnt know what the corrupted image was since i wasnt on practice mode xD

I think that there is an error in the URL link , that is , most probably a typing mistake.
