I found a ghost,what now?
After getting many pokemons,i found a ghost on lavender town,used master pokeball and used all the moves,but nothing happened,is there any way to beat him or capture? also does he curse me?.

You need to use Silph Scope that can be bought at Mart Co.

You need to buy a Silph Scope. During the battle, go to "Backpack" and use it. It will be revealed to be a ShinyMarowak. Use dark and ghost-type moves on it.
