I prefer more dark color on Shadow Raikou.The golden one could be given some more color, Maybe a shade of lighter, It looks a bit dull. Its a good attempt. :)

The Golden Raikou for me is perfect 10/10 on that , you could use a darker purple for the Shadow one.
