Tyrant is simply walking around in the middle of the room thinking his mother had told him about it how one day a darkness would appear where 5 or six individuals would have to find 21 different stones he had faint clues on where they are.

They were hidden in places base on their sole type... The individuals were tasked with finding them tyrant nowing like 7 of them...
