You have to have the requirements to unlock them. Go to 'Account Settings' and where it says something like: Manage your Display Group Here' and the 'Here' part is highlighted, click on that and mouseover where it says 'Unlock" on each of the userbars to see the requirements to unlock them. Although it has nothing to do with this thread. xD

It rates 20k in Rowl's list and since its unbase it rates lower but it has Toxic and Fly which totally confuses me what it rates! lol@cooljulian
