or those who don't know who Virus Groudon is, allow me to explain. Virus Groudon starred in the movie Jirachi the Wishmaker, it had the ability to devour any life around it and add it to its energy. It was created by a magician, who originally worked for Team Magma, and the magician used Jirachi's energy to make it. It was "destroyed" by Jirachi.


The cursed pokemon Virus Groudon was previously "destroyed" by Jirachi, when in reality, the Pokemon was just sealed away in the Millenium Comet, and was forced to rest for 1000 years. The Pokemon Jirachi thought the man-made demon of a Pokemon was destroyed, but it was incorrect. On the 1000th year of Virus Groudon's imprisonment, the Comet appeared and in a blast of darkness, Virus Groudon was free, Jirachi was nowhere to be found. But Virus Groudon is looking for it to feast on its energy and become almost immortal and bring the earth to ruin. You are a trainer, going to the Carnival of the Comet in Hoenn, you see rather strange things, even Virus Groudon itself! Seeing the wreckage it caused, you decided you were going to destroy this thing, once and for all. Will you become only energy to Virus Groudon? Or destroy the demon of a pokemon? Only your actions will decide.
