I suggest that there should be a legendary(s) that "spawn" after beating a gym leader and you get a chance to catch them or if you beat them they can give you a lot of experience.

For example: You just beat say.....Lt. Surge. Then a wild appears. Battle it?

Bad idea, legends are supposed to be rare except for Regice.
