(I think I said this before,but)I really think we can use this for many reasons.For one you may want to have a "Private"Conversation and the other person is Frozen.Although all rules will Reply and you will have 2 chances before Creed Bot Bans you from both Chats(Pulblic/Secret)Though there might be too much data,so we have to think of that,but think of it.

Sounds cool, but what about the part about chatting with people who are frozen? If it was like you said where all the rules apply, then they shouldn't be able to get to it. :/

I don't think so. I could be wrong. :/ But people who are frozen can't do really anything in their account until they're unfrozen, so it's just, how would they access it?
