Is it possible to get personal or custom name plates or name tags for your profile????

I have seen a lot of times people like Jeffrey0, GrimReaper or jamesdomingo with different name plates in the top right section of their profile and have been wondering for a few days how to get those?? I imagine it is a kind of reward, mini-staff or payed feature but, I was just wondering how players obtain these?

You mean the userbars? Like I have one with text 'Lighting Hands'? Or do you mean the trainer title? (Which is located right under the username.)

There are different requirements to unlock them. See where it says 'Account Settings' in the top left corner of the forums? Click there and then where it says 'to manage your display group click here' and the 'here' part of it is highlighted, click on the highlighted part. Then mouseover the userbars and it'll tell you the requirements.
