How to use Firestone and what is macroing?

I'm bit of stuck.A guy gave me a Fire Stone and i don't know how to use it on my pokemon Kabusken(Combusken).

Also i was normally fishing on the fishing contest repetively and a screen told me i was macroing.I don't even know what that is.Also Free cash!

Fire Stone is useless in this game, its just trash, if you want, I can give you one for free

The screen that you got was made by Da Man to catch people who do botting or macroing. They use small softwares which automatically train, gamble etc. To catch those people, that captcha part is made, and it is very successful so far, because many botters and cheaters are being caught with this...

Also Suggestion for how much coins i sell the Stones?

It thought you were macroning because you clicked too fast.
And stones are practically worthless. No one will buy them for coins.
