Gym help.
I need help defeating all of the gyms as I want to get VIP with points and get the promos for 1coin but I need the gyms defeated first, any help defeating them or do I need to train some lvl 5 pokes to the correct place to be able to beat them

IT's not worth it. There's a glitch in the VIP thing that causes it not to work.
And about the gym situation, the easiest thing to do would be to train some Pokemon to the required level.
