What was the best Pokemon Theory you've heard of?
Mine is this: Ditto is actually Failed Mew experiments because they are the only Pokemon that can naturally learn Transform and Ditto can only be found (In the 1st gen games) in Burned Mansion and Cerulean Cave, where Mewtwo, a clone of Mew, dwells.
