My favorite Pokemon is Lucario. It had been Sceptile since it was my first Pokemon but when I saw Lucario, I knew it would be awesome. I genuinely like its appearance and it is an excellent Pokemon in both regular game-play and competitive battling. It only got better when they added a mega evolution. I made it my goal to find Lucario and raise it when I got Pearl Version. It served me well and it's been my favorite ever since.

*Death Glares at you* Mewtwo was first in the smash bros series and the Pokemon series....

Mewtwo was horrible in Smash Bros. Lucario was higher up in terms of tiers in Brawl.

Mewtwo is always better though, In the games, Lucario would be destroyed by Mewtwo for multiple reasons
1. Mewtwo can learn way stronger attacks than Lucario
2. Mewtwo is a Psychic type, which destroys a Fighting type
3. Mewtwo has Two Mega Evolutions, One which makes it a Fighting/Psychic type
and there are many other reasons that I could say why Mewtwo is better than Lucario

My fav Pokemon is Xerneas.

I like Lucario because it was a loyal companion that I raised in Diamond and Pearl. I can't like Mewtwo better because no one can really raise a Mewtwo like you can a Lucario because you get him at the end of the game. The fact that he's good at competitive is just and added bonus that makes me love him even more.

To me, Getting Mewtwo was like one of the best things ever, Because it is so powerful when you catch it, and has always been a teammate to me and a companion.

I got my first Lucario as a Riolu in Platinum. I still have that Lucario, I just need money to get Pokebank to get it to my copy of X/Y. Lol

The first time I got Lucario I was like "Man I like him!" Then I got a Lv. 83 Lucario and a Lv.3 one and basically ditched my first one...
