Oxy excitedly received his Bulbasaur. He trained it with any wild pokemon he could find.
Yalko sat hopelessly bored. There weren't any challengers today.

Hailey ran out to Etuor 1 and was happily training her new Sandslash. Together, they'd grow strong and may even beat the champion.

My Eevee was pretty strong and had a good relationship wiith me, friendship wise, it evolved during training into Umbreon, I decided to start going to gyms

"We're already strong, but we're going to need to get stronger to take on the champion." Hailey told her Sandslash.
"Slash!" it replied.

After some training, Me and Umbreon made it to the First Gym (I take it the Gym Types are the same as the ones in Kanto?)
