Dr. Johanneson does not believe me. Ray Vaughn should not have been moved to a military rehabilitation center until the drug is complete. He should have stayed in the asylum. It is far too risky to let him in a low security area. He is not just struck with PTSD, but he is insane. He has shown that he will kill. Why take that risk.
