"Yeah my hometown....." Matt trailed. "I had a strange dream last night. Someone's going to die in my hometown.....Sgt. Lyzakyan." Matt said.

"That's sad" I said frowning

"I'm gonna go check on the engine." Matt said, "Tell me if you hear anything strange come out of the radio."

"Aye." I said, I heard some strange sputtering static noises coming from the Radio

I listened silently.

The radio played mostly music until an Emergency Alert System noise played.

This is a message from local authorities. Local Authorities Have Issued a SHELTER IN PLACE WARNING Issued from 11 a.m until 6 a.m. The warning includes the following counties. SNYDER COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY. AT 10:30 a.m. EST LOCAL AUTHORTIES HAVE CONFIRMED 6 OUT OF 10 SIGHTING OF INSTITUTION ESCAPEE RAYMOND ASKOFF LYZAKYAN. WHILE NO SIGHTINGS OF THE SECOND, MORE DANGEROUS MATTHEW RAY VAUGHN HAVE NOT BEEN CONFIRMED, IT IS BELIEVED HE IS ALSO IN THE AREA. *Repeats one more time before shutting off*

"Oh." I said

Matt came back. "Everything looks fine in the engine."

"Well some message went off on the Radio." I said

"What'd it say?" Matt said.

I told Matt word for word what the Message said

"Then it's certain." Matt said, "Rays gonna die."

On the other side of the boat, a ghost was observing the conversation.

"I see a Ghostie." I said pointing to the Ghost

"A ghostie?" I questioned before yelping and taking off behind the boat.

"What? They're pretty much harmless." I said to Marth
