Requirements to capture a Legendary
1. Must have at least 7 Gym Badges.
2. the Legendary has to be able to faint at least two of your pokemon.
3. Can't use Master Ball unless your almost out of Pokemon and your last one is on the verge of fainting.
4. If Legendary is played by a different user, You must at least allow the Player to fight back, This goes with Requirement 2.

Yes, Coloured Pokemon are in this, But are really rare to obtain.
