Forme Change?

I had an idea. In the games, there are some Pokemon such as Shaymin and Keldeo who can change form with an item or at a specific place. Why can't we have something like that? Like maybe have items like the Griseous Orb and Gracidea FLower FS, but for a lot of coins? Also, some Pokemon such as Pyroar and Jellicent who have different forms if they're male or female. That second probably wasn't already implemented for a reason, but it's still a thought. :I Rate?
EDIT: Also, what about Pokemon who have different forms in different areas? Such as Blue Stripe Basculin, Red Stripe Basculin, and East Coast Shellos and West Coast Shellos?

This would make it allot more like an actual Pokemon game, and it would make sense to have Both gender forms, and the ability to change forms with items, 10/10

I meant for all of the ones lke that. Rotom (With the items you posted), Shaymin (Gracidea Flower), Giratina (Griseous Orb), Deoxys (Meteorite), etc. Then some that evolve/change form at certain areas: Keldeo (The rock thingy), Glaceon (Icy Rock), Leafeon (Mossy Rock), etc. Then the gender forms, like how the male and female forms are different for Pokemon such as Pyroar, Shinx, Jellicent, etc, because some people prefer the female forms to the male forms. And from what I see, all the Pokemon are based on their male forms, so I just thought it'd be better. Plus there are some Pokemon like Shellos and Basculin who have different forms based on their location.
