I'd definitely buy something like that. Evolutions from happiness take forever, apparently.
Maybe provide ideas about prices and/or what currency it'd be sold in. Cash would be too easy, so maybe points or coins. 9/10 ~Shiny

Thanks for your suggestion. It's been completed! The item is called Soothe Bell and it is only obtainable via treasure boxes so it will be quite rare!
