I'd say go wit the first one as the 2nd is too bright. If you can go in between both, or just brighten up the right side of the first sig and leave the left side as is.

Both look pretty good, but I guess I've got the unpopular opinion that the second looks better.
The first is too dark and takes away the dramatic contrast of light and shadowing that makes the second look awesome. Well, either way, they're both pretty fantastic. ~Shiny
