I didn't take a screenshot..but pretty much
I was doing Hit-down and the Timer was at "0" seconds when I pressed Hit and it said "You already hit this round." I don't know if this is an error or what...

I know, but at 0, it should also be the time for the reset, and I mean it was at "0" meaning the reset would've already happened.

Probably at the hitdown page it's 0 seconds but the timer is still running so probably it's not actually 0 when you pressed hit.
