Guyz, if i use my oval stone to evolve my happiny into chansey, does my oval stone will be lost or can i reuse it ?

hmm, i think it will be lost because when i checked the items rankings last monday, there are 8 oval stones all in all i think but when i checked it last wednesday, only 6 left so i think one use only EliteBOY.
