What I count as a Hacked Pokemon game:
1. Must alter either the Map or the Pokemon sprites
2. Can make all pokemon Female or Male or keep it the even distribution of the genders.

My top 3 are
1.Moemon, Reason: It made Pokemon waaaay too adorable, and it made me feel bad for damaging the opponent at times.
2. AshGray,Reason: It takes place entirely from the Animie of the Indigo Leauge Pokemon series, when 4Kids was in-charge and made it overly comedic because they did so bad of a dubbing XD
3. Pokemon Creepyblack, Reason: The entire thing is essentially just Red/Blue, But it gives you a 4th choice, GHOST, and it only knows "Curse" which sends every Pokemon and Trainer you go against to hell, Leaving a Tombstone where they stood if you re-enter the area. Also, It's based off of a Creepypasta.
