I was experimenting and thinking of how I could create a new Games Corner layout.

I will probably not be using the logo as it's too big and unnecessary.

I was thinking of using the little boxes instead of the links.

E.g. instead of "50/50 Game - [Coins/Cash]" it will be a box containing a picture (symbol/icon) symbolising the 50/50 game with the text "50/50 game" inside that box, similar to the one shown below.

What do you think the boxes should look like? Maybe it shouldn't have boxes. Maybe you have an example I can copy get some inspiration & ideas from (i.e. from a different game or website). Thanks.

Or should I keep the Games Corner as it is?

One question - before using any images(which I guess you got from images.google.com after a quick search), did you make sure you didn't use any copyrighted stuff or anything?

complanboy - yes, feel free to post suggestions and ideas here - you can express these ideas as pictures/images. I was thinking of using the little boxes. I don't think the logo/banner was necessary, but if people actually like it, I will add it in. The icons I used are royalty free.

I thought the little white boxes look strange, but are the boxes/buttons really fine?

I like this layout, though I found the Icons for the games didn't really pop out, and were rather dull to look at, but other than that, I like the layout.

The logo layout is much more interesting then the current layout. I like it.

Maybe instead of boxes, Houses that represent what the Mini-game is?

I was away for two days and when i went to the Game Corner for taking my Lucky Dip,I was really Amazed!

It looks nice. But the Meowth image can fit on a normal page alone. How about you put the symbols/icons on the Meowth picture itself (and all of them creates a square on the edge) and have an interactive feature where we can click on those?

just additional idea, i think catcher is right, it cannot fit on the normal page, my idea is create gifs of meowth that can be clicked, for example, in race tracks, meowth is waving 2 flags, in 50/50, meowth's body is separating in to 2, that's my idea.

I think the design is amazing but you should add more perspective to the game icons
