Perhaps there should be a button under every post that allows us to report that particular post, and when we click on the "Report Post" button, it takes us to a page that'll show the thread link, username of the person, and a text box that will allow us to give reasoning for which we reported. That way, it makes reporting forum posts much more easier, and more efficient for users.

Similar to the in-game PM system, where there's a little yellow arrow in the corner, except on the forum.
