Why does the bank stop at $2,147,483,647?
Everything else seems limitless, so why does the bank only hold so much?

I'd totally say "In case of a Bank Crash" But I know that doesn't happen in Creed :P I guess it was just the limit that Da Man decided would've been a good maximum, even though it is oddly specific.
