Maybe for the block settings, we can have a small personal note so we can use as a reference as to why we've blocked people?

Like, for some of us; we forget why we blocked someone in the first place, if we view the Blocked Users page, we can just search for the user's name that we're looking for and view the reason why.
(It's to help the forgetful users, or answer the question "Why did you block me?" for the questionable users that don't realize what they do in the first place.)

Good idea. xD One time I forgot why I blocked someone and I unblocked them since I couldn't answer as to why, and then about a week later I remembered why because they were doing it again... (Spamming my inbox begging for colors. :L)
