Ray tried to follow, but still could not get up the wall. "Someone's in a hurry." Ray said irritably.

I laid on the floor, dazed a bit. I saw a thing in the wall. I pulled it out.

Ray shot at the wall, trying to shoot through it, to no avail, once more.

I tried to stop the aggressive maniac (Thats what I think lol)

"Friggin maze!" Ray yelled and threw the gun at the wall.

I scooped up the gun, stored the ammo in who-knows-where and handed back the gun."You should save you weapons."

"Give me back my ammo or I'll show you why I have it." Ray said.

Kenji started scribbling a map of the maze, synthesized from what all he knew about it. He had figured that the maze was gigantic, so all he had on the paper was a few tiny lines.

I looked at Ray somewhat suspiciously, but gave it back. "Whats that? I heard a sound."

"Maybe it's that other guy, but standing here's not going to figure it out." Ray said before running toward the noise.

I followed.

Ray continued moving through the maze swiftly.

I kept tripping on bricks painfully.

Ray continued going through the maze until he realized he got lost again. "*Lots o curses*"

Kenji was walking forward slowly in a straight line, or as straight as the maze walls permitted. After about seven hundred yards, he noticed that the walls were slowly converging - as if they were going into a dead end. Kenji considered going back, but he wasn't safe with the assumption that the path here went nowhere...
The path was at its most cramped at 1250 yards. After that, it started easing again... When Kenji thought that he had walked a mile, he saw another town, similar to that of which he woke up in, but instead of desert, he saw vines growing everywhere.
Kenji drew the overgrown cityscape on his map as a checkpoint, about one sixth of the way to the edge of the page from the center.
