I do not think so, I've never caught any with items on them, though it would be a nice idea. Treasure Boxes kinda counters the thought.

I think you cant catch pokemon with item attached. Not sure but 90% is no for your question.

It would be cool if they held items, but I don't think they do. Maybe held items for wild pokemon would be something you could suggest to Da Man in a forum thread.

I don't think Pokemon on the maps hold items. I've caught hundreds of them and not a one had an item.

All of the above cleared your doubt and I also suggest you create a thread in idea section about the map pokemons(some) holding items(like berries,items,etc.),it would be implemented,I am sure of it!xD
