Huge Private Clan Forum Problem!

hi staff or whoever is reading this, all my clan members cannot access the private clan upgrade but I can and in the upgrades it tells me I don't have the upgrade when in fact I bought it a few weeks ago

yes I do put it in the clan page, I'll ask all my clan members again

Maybe the link is wrong. Otherwise its wrong with the clan or something like default clan rank isn't working all the time...! Ask your clan members to access it through forums instead of the link.
