buy using coins from games corner , or trade from player who have legendary , celebi , lugia and ho-ho are hard to get now cause you have to beat the forest tower(celebi) , water tower(lugia) and lava tower(ho-ho).

You can get legendaries by buying them on Game Corner. You can find Regice on maps, you can have one of mine. Some were promos and exclusive.
