I think this is a good idea, as you shouldnt be forced to always have a 2nd userbar on, just because you put it up once. Also, it sounds like it would be pretty easy to implement, so it shouldnt eat up to much of the time alan spends on other updates.

Makes a lot of sense! Some people prefer only having one userbar at times, and it's kinda' forced on you if you unlock and display a second userbar once. So being able to remove it would be nice. And @others
He doesn't mean permanently remove it, just you have the option to have them both on or not. If you remove the second one, you can always put it back up later. Lol 10/10
